@@KikiDiYs I have been working on 4th of July crafts. I am working on a small picket fence to hang them on outside. I am making them for my daughter. Lol I already have tons made up already for my yard. During the day, I am put working on the farm but in the evenings is when I can sit and craft. Have also been canning up premade meals. Lots of work going on but very productive too. So days are going great. How are your kids doing? With your son graduating, I bet it feels strange now. Different routines. Hugs my friend.

Yayyy I love patriotic decor. A small picket fence, that sounds so awesome!! I want to learn how to do canning, but I'm a mess in the kitchen, so everyone at home thinks I should stay away from it😂. The kids are doing well, but my oldest wanted to stay at my cousin's beach house. He thought we were moving, somehow. He came back home yesterday after a lot of convincing, and even telling him I was going to give away his toys😂. I'm still getting used to all of this. Just thinking of having a tutor at home makes me a bit nervous. But I guess I'll get used to it someday. Hope you're having a wonderful day, my sweet friend. Lots of love and hugs 😘

I am in love with all four pieces! All of them will go great with the coastal look of my house. I have a pirate ship and I was thinking after I texted with you last time, that it would look really cute to be a sunken pirate ghost ship and use some of the little skeletons from the dollar tree on it but, I got to do some work on getting that patina look down. If my two fingers and my arm will let me. I’m still not 100% yet. The anchor would go great with it also. Your anchor turned out amazing! I love the big tag with the octopus on it and how you made all the tentacles on each piece that you did. I love the plaque with the octopus on it also. The only thing that I was putting out for Halloween was my pumpkin that I painted blue that I got at Walmart about four years ago. These would be great and go so nice with coastal decor. You did a fantastic job on all of them! Your friend is very talented and I will have to check out her channel. Your son is so funny and sweet. He wants that bag so bad that he said he would keep it in his room so it wouldn’t get dirty. L O L. I hope y’all have a great week my sweet friend and that you have a great visit with your friend. They have an awesome take on Halloween pirate decor. It saddens me to hear you're not feeling 100%, I'm still praying for you every day. Take your time and do it at your own pace. I'll be using all DT's coastal decor for my Halloween diys. I loved them, my sister in law brought me so many cute pieces from their DT, I can't stop crafting 🤣. I love them, Kiki! The paint techniques are fascinating-I don’t know why I let painting intimidate me. The worst that can happen is that I hate it, right? Then I can always paint over it & repaint it. Logically I know this but I still have a hang up about it. One day I’m going to just go for it. 😊

Aww, thanks, Monica!! Ohhh nooo girllll you must sit down with one piece of cardboard and paint it until you feel like paint is your best friend. Start with cardboard so you don't feel like you're messing up a good blank. That would help with the intimidating part of painting.
