Overcrowding the pan: If too many soya sticks are added to the frying pan at once, they will release moisture, and the excess moisture can cause them to become soft. Make sure to fry the soya sticks in small batches to avoid overcrowding the pan. 3. Storage: If the soya sticks are not stored properly, they can become soft. Make sure to store them in an airtight container to retain their crispiness.
