Hi Sue,next time cook the pineapples the same way you did the blueberries but add some sugar,if you can, add a small amount of cornstarch to thicken it. It's more yummy and would make the yoghurt last longer than raw pineapples.

I used cloths I had bought back when I had a baby. They work just as well. Can easily be found in any baby shop. 😅

To make the yogurt thicker @suzy you need to let the milk boil for longer like between 10 - 15 mins. Then when covering like the one you put intheoveni usually put a cloth on top before covering the lid. This helps in absorbing any water droplets from the warm temperatures

YES!!! When relas come from shagz i always ask them to bring me milk from their cows to make yoghurt. It's the best😋 thanks for teaching us new flavours will definitely try them all.

Thanks! I believe it would have had a thicker texture. I'll keep trying until I get raw milk and then we'll see.

Probably the milk was from a fresian cow. Milk from fresian has less fat hence the runny result. If you can get milk from a jersey (not sure about the spelling but it has some brown and white fur) then you'll get less wey.

Instant pot is the winner. I set the timer for 24 hours so there is no whey to drain.

Oh wow! Thanks for this! Yes, I've noticed that when you leave the yogurt to ferment for longer, it's much thicker and the whey is less. I learnt this after making this video. Thanks for confirming! 🙌🏿

It's on Mombasa road. They said they only have like 3liters to sell every day, because all the rest is booked anyway. And one has to order way in advance. 😢😢 I'm looking for a reliable vendor. Will share once I find. 👍🏿👍🏿
