In my teens I was actually a athletic person. For me being my heaviest it's so hard to exercise. I am excited to be able to work out again. Thank you God bless

I have really bad knees and joints from being injured in a car wreck by a drunk driver. 30 days of walking sounds good. I'd like to know what kind of housekeeping things that I can do (sweep, mop, reaching high, squatting to straighten up and clean out bottom cabinets, vacuum, cleaning toilets. Making the bed, etc.? I participated in a few online exercise classes for people with my problems doing chair exercises, but I'd like to know what motions or movements to avoid. I have really heavy legs but am moderately sized from the waist up. After the 30 days of walking, can I exercise in the hot tub?

Looking to VR for this part and games like Beat Saber and RagnaROCK really get you moving and there are many more VR games that I know people use for training like Boxing and biking

Hello! Depending on the type of exercise you can resume exercise 15 or 30 days after your surgery, to get a better response we recommend that you visit your surgeon, he or she will be able to help you.

Wondering how soon I can start back bike riding with my husband. He bought us new bikes during pre op. I'm almost 1 week post op. Should I wait 1 month post op? I also am a goruck fit lady. Rucking is a military walk and I love gains I get from it.

On a blog I follow, it was said that exercise may stall weight loss. Can you clarify why this statement is either true or false?

It's not all about the weight. If you exercise you may increase your muscle mass so your body composition will change and it may look like a stall but your body is changing. I hope this helps.

Muscle weighs more than fat. If you get stuck (weigh wise) check if youve lost inches.

i used to be a powerlifter before major weight gain and its good to know that muscle burns fat at rest so if you build muscle you will burn fat when not exercising

My doctor wanted me running a week after surgery. It actually hurts to do a lot of exercise, especially anything that requires me to bend over. I get a sharp pain to the right or left of my belly button when I do.
