The first is actually a dead lift. Difference is in range of movement. An RDL (Romanian dead lift) is going from top to bottom and dead lift is from bottom to top, as illustrated by vid :)

Dead lift is dangerous for the lower back. The rest of them look really good. I have had issues before with lower back due to most likely small injury and I would not recommend it too risky. I would also add stepper with weighted vest.

If you’re having back pain then the form is incorrect. The lift should be coming from your legs (glutes) not the back. I feel you though, I used to get back pain but once my form was fixed, no more.

I actually received deadlifts as an exercise to heal my lower back after I threw it out. You have to use the muscles that wrap around your abdomen to secure your spine while doing it. Pretend your trunk is a can and you’re trying to crush it with your torso muscles. Try the form for a deadlift with no weight at all, just the movement. Then do very light weight to test the waters. It should be exhausting to your body, not painful. You got this!

Hey, so to build muscle you need a lot of protein intake. protein in g should equal to how much you weigh in pounds. So if you weigh 130 lb u should be eating 130 g of protein everyday. Also eating healthy really is the way to get rid of tummy fat of course with working out but it’s more of what you eat than working out to get rid of belly fat. For your shoulders you should do work outs but not over lift cus that will make your muscles specifically your deltoids and trapezius’ grow more but they’ll still be toned and lean. Hope this helps :)
