Great video just a question when you said the diff between FV - EV= Net Debt (but it should include int payments too because we add it in Fv and deduct it in Ev

When we can directly get the equity value by using FCFE approach why do we use FCFF approach to get the equity value?

I have a company that has two classes of shares, it pays dividends to only the non-listed share holders instead of class A listed shareholders. Should I do a FCFF valuation or FCFE valuation. If I go for the FCFF valuation, how should I treat my dividends?
