On December 19th I will be turning 38! I am totally going to use look number two and the natural holiday makeup video you just let out today. With the toned down rouge lip and balm. OMG! I am so thankful for you Gabi!!! I am over 55 and I have struggled for years with my fine hair. AND YOU ARE RIGHT!!!! No body gets it unless they have fine hair. You have changed my life. I know that sounds weird because it’s just hair, but it’s a big part of a female’s beauty whether we admit it or not. It is a gift from God and we must learn how to care for it. I am part of the tiny claw clip group. And I sure hope others don’t disregard what Gabi is saying here. No one ever believes me that I have fine hair bc I’ve mastered styling it over the years but trust me, if a teeny tiny claw clip can hold up an entire head of hair, that hair isn’t thick.

This was such a great video - hair style ideas AND a fashion show 😊 I have to have the taupe cashmere sweater! Loving the bras too, I may have to throw that in as well! I love love love the last look on you and I think I loved it even more when you added the headband - so pretty! For me though, I am loving look #3 and I can't wait to try that - I am not good at flat iron waves but that technique I can definately do - and the braid, yes!! Try the flat iron waves and if you want more grit, spray texture spray on it when you’re done. Report back so I know how it went. It’s going to be such a cute look on you!

I know people always claim your hair isn’t fine but I don’t think they’ve seen your journey. Plus, they don’t get that cut is doing a lot for you. I did the same cut and now my hair looks waaaaay thicker. Nothing actually changed 🤣 but people keep saying it’s thicker.

Dye Question What if you’re a natural brunette who has never dyed before. If I purchased a box dye blonde, would that dye my stray grays into highlights while leaving the darker still brown hair natural? Do hair gloss’s actually wash out if you just wanted to give it a try before going all in? I’m not ready to commit to having roots for the first time, would gloss/stains actually wash out over time?

No, if you put a blonde box dye on your brunette hair with natural grey, your brown hair will lift because of the developer and will likely turn into a really weird brassy brown/orange shade. It will be totally uneven and something entirely different will happen to the grey. Don’t do this. A light colored gloss won’t affect your dark hair (you won’t see it at all) but a gloss does not work on grey hair. It is not for grey coverage because you need developer in order to cover grey. Your hair situation is complicated so I definitely urge you to go and see a professional hairstylist.
