I once had a transfer on Jobs airport on a business trip to Botswana. Transfer time was about 20hrs, so I had more than enough time to explore the surroundings but my employer forbid me to leave the airport and booked a hotel inside the airport for me. What is your opinion on safety for tourists in Jobs?
