I've been trying to find the tutorial for a while now on the third one you covered! Glad I found it here. Is there any tutorial, or any way to make the circle bursts happen at random spots on your composition without having to duplicate them and place them all individually? The thought I'm basing this on is like fireworks how they explode randomly in different areas.

I'm sure there are plugins that will randomize a pre-composition in both position and time, but honestly you just gotta learn to love the grind. Motion design is a time consuming process, no matter how many shortcuts and plugins you use.

You need to increase the anchor point as well. Specially the "Y" anchor point. :)

To everyone having trouble with the "Circle Splode" effect: In the shape layer, whichever ellipse you have set to start scaling first has to be ABOVE the ellipse that's set to scale second (the one that's offset in time) in terms of order in the Shape Layer. The ellipse on top has to be larger at any given point in time in order for the Merge Path's Subtraction function to work. So, until you want the ellipse to actually disappear, the larger ellipse must be above the smaller one. If the sizes are the same, the Merge Path's subtraction function causes them to disappear. I don't really understand why this works the way it does, but I was able to solve the problem by re-ordering them and messing around with the keyframe timing.

Rotating the repeater 1 sends the repeated lines flying. Anchoring in the middle of the first line does not help. What am I doing wrong?
