If you're interested in a few natural supplements that you can easily get in your average grocery store here are a few suggestions. each four of these supplements has been used effectively to Aid the health of the horse in some form or fashion.

I would use olive or Avocado oil for fats instead, only because other oils are bad for us and definitely bad for the horses. I know its a bit more money but healthier and worth it in the long run if they are needed. Great choices on the others. Love your videos. Thank you!

Have you considered canola oil instead? I was looking into what oils to start my gelding on and canola oil was the top recommendation! After research I decided to and have had great results! It’s cheap too!

Yes. 3 months with conola.. Then three months with soybean. Personally little change. Soybean group did get longer mane and tail.

How much if the flax seeds do you give?

Fresh ground is best for absorption, I give 2large tbsp per feeding

@@lonestarwoman Like amino acids, I saw somewhere that you have to cook flaxseeds as you can poison them, have you had any problems and how much do you feed ?

They have to be ground flax seeds. I jave not had any problems feeding these and coats are shiney.
