Thanks Leila, I never thought to show as a linked picture, I've been using the camera tool or watch window. Good idea to ungroup the Smartart too, I normally find them quite inflexible

@@LeilaGharani yup, greatly helpful particularly the "sparklines". I've seen those in some reports in the company i worked for and never really knew how to do it. I thought 'twas just a normal line graph that they resized to fit in a cell. hahahaha!

Select all (Ctrl+A), then right click on any row or column, depending on which you want to reveal, and select unhide. That works for me.
