It's hard to know who to trust online. Everyone is selling something. Even I one day hope to mentor some of you. There are fake gurus out there that claim to know how to teach airbnb, business, and real estate. Phonies like Chi Ta trying to sell his course BNB university or Brian Page trying to sell BNB formula. Inexperienced hosts like Stayly with only a few properties and a year of airbnb experience, they claim to make millions on airbnb bust don't reveal those million are all course sales that come from ad campaign and a free webinar that they misrepresent as a paid webinar that is free just for you. Coaches with No airbnb arbitrage or business leaderhip experience like Robuilt. There are no-name hosts with barely any properties trying to claim they're successful, such as vacation rental machine or bnb riches, or the 10xbnb system. None of these "gurus" have a decade and a half of sales experience or business leadership under their belt in addition to having over 100 properties. Only Sean Rakidzich, who has created almost all of the other airbnb coaches you see today on the internet. Ok I'm sold. I mean I was sold before. I'm not new to Airbnb but I've learned a lot from your videos and this call was awesome. I was just hesitant to join the program (paying). But just being honest, what andrew shared with me on the consultation call raised my oc rate by about 12%. We have 4 properties all homes and I still learn a lot from your videos. Also I have a home in Pocono lake don't be hating lol. But there is definitely a swing. Full weeks in the summer at 300-500 a night to other seasons 170 to 300 a night with only weekends and holidays

We have been very careful about our selection. We head hunt based on public work, like google and github. Do your thing and post some content, if your work fits we will see it and find you

With a year of coaching a little over $7k With less coaching, closer to $5k (3 months with me, a year with my team) either option, most new students access about 12-20 hours of one on one coaching within their first 3 months.

How can I get you to view my property and tell me what I’m doing wrong and I definitely need help getting business credit because I need my second STR 😅 I used my personal money and oh boy never again lol

@giannismia9366 i do that every Saturday for 5 hours in my mentorship. Using your own cash initially was a great idea. But i sense you may have gone over budget.
