The bilingual capital, Brussels, has ornate guildhalls at Grand-Place and elegant art-nouveau buildings.

4:26 The way Anthony gives constructive feedback is pure gold! He says that the customer service experience in Belgium leaves a lot to be desired, this is despite the food being exceptional. I think I know why the retail staff there don’t smile & aren’t welcoming Anthony, it’s clearly because they’re not following you & watching your videos! It really does go to show you how a positive outlook on life has a ripple effect because something as simple as a smile and a nice “hello”, can mean the difference between a good day & bad day for people you cross paths with. This is one of the key things this channel advocates - spreading happiness & sharing joy. 🙂 Take it from me, watch this channel regularly & your whole outlook on life will be transformed! But all hope is not lost because at 12:12 Anthony finally finds someone in this top chocolate store who happily serves them with a smile and a lovely welcome. Marc’s response to this is gold…. “You will never meet a person who works in nature who does not have a happy disposition about them!” to which Anthony responds “Too true!”. 😁Love it! Meanwhile, Anthony & Marc - if you ever want a career change, you should seriously consider stand-up comedy. You two are a hilariously funny pair. We can’t get enough! ❤😁
