Today we want to share with you amazing nature scenery of the Spirit Lake, WA. This is a beautiful water reservoir north of Mount St. Helens. The lake was a very popular recreational destination until the eruption of 1980.
There is probably no person in whole Washington State, who has never heard of Mount Saint Helens and its horrible devastating eruption in May of 1980, which took lives of fifty-seven people and crippled the economy greatly. This eruption is a great evidence of nature’s power, we need to be very careful and sensitive to it. We are to cherish everything it gives us. Every time we shoot our movies and videos, we are very thankful to rangers and volunteers who take care of the parks and monuments!
