Opts can be traded by anyone really contracts are for 100 shares so something like mo @43 an option would be worth 4300. You should definitely learn about options and more importantly risk management first If you have a good amount of starting capital you can consider Andy's courses ( never tried) if not paper trade and you'll have to dig for info

The only bad thing is that the streams are all tied to stock vs. another asset such as real estate.

I feel that the last bull run was bolstered by all the money being printed. Major returns next bull run but I think they will be tamer in my humble opinion. A 10x on AMS91K is and a 15x on polygon are fair considering how much those two coins are interwoven into the entire crypto ecosystem
