On the BG teleport morality: Currently on SOD BG queues are limited by servers, not by players. The moment you leave another player gets an invite and the only delay on them joining is them hitting accept and loading in. I've never seen a game turn into a 9 man from this after getting multiple toons to exalted. Yes, it is morally gray. Realistically the game always fills before the match starts.

If you want lots of Mistletoe, you can go to the Ratchet Inn and toggle "At war" with the Ratchet faction. Then: Kiss both revelers. Punch a goblin so you die and lose the debuff. Resurrect at the spirit healer. Run back, repeat. Also put all your gear in the bank first so you don't need to repair it after.

I got one more for you with the christmas event! The mechanical yeti you get is a great dps tool in raid. It acts like an agressive pet and its a lvl 58 mob on your side. Got only 3 charge and lasts for 10 days total, but you can use it on the last bosses if you need a little more dps :D (like a 20-30% more)

Mistletoe debuff is ACTUAL in game time, so you have to be logged into that toon for an HOUR for it to wear off

is the BG teleport trick not unethical? won't this potentially handicap the team you queue'd in with?

They refill pretty quickly, typically you have a full minute to find a replacement.

You should mention that the BG teleport can potentially get you suspended if done too many times. It's considered to be "afking" a game by leaving early, hence the deserter debuff. I wouldn't recommend this.

ive not heard of anyone getting suspended for it but it's fair to mention / let people make informed decision regardless.

No, afking in BG is literally sitting afk in a BG to leech honor. That was done a lot in AV classic and some guildmates of mine got suspended for it. The GM explained that typing /afk to leave a BG is perfectly fine.

You get one minute to fill a player, i've never seen a game that was negatively impacted by this after getting 2 toons to exalted in SOD.

Do you realize that you're potentially letting down a BattleGround group that you'll be summoned into by getting out of it for the sake of teleporting? Thats a dick move. I would not recommend it.
