Fred Swaniker is the Founder and CEO of African Leadership University. He believes that good leadership is the missing link in Africa’s drive towards prosperity and has his entire career to educating leaders and entrepreneurs.
Fred previously established the highly acclaimed African Leadership Academy (ALA), a Johannesburg based Pan-African secondary institution whose mission to educate 6,000 African leaders inspired the establishment of ALU.

Please l think you should also have A.L A lower primary, upper primary also secondary school. so that before the lower primary student reach to ALU he or she will be addicted with the leadership behavior.
