I wonder why people keep saying 'Z44'. The 'IRF' is as much a part of the part number as the 'Z44' is. For example there's a logic level variant of the IRFZ44 called the IRLZ44. If you miss the first few letters you could be in a jam.

Dude with that 100kohm variable resistor alone with a 9v can go to 0-9v I use a 50kohm for a head light on my bike with a 12v and it can go 0-12v no problem that mosfet is better off used in a 0 to 50v variable voltage switch I found out bye testing the gate that it draws 0.000171 amps with a on off of voltage of 2-4v with a 20v Max you'll need a 245kohm resistor to reduce the volts to 8v and a 50k variable resistor to control it from 0 to 50v I did this for a DC generator I made that outputs 50v 40amps you'll need a heatsink and a fan have fun

1 LH... all power is dissap on mosfet, it is not supoust to be that way. mosfet is 0,044 ohm resist. and logic level not V lev to swich it... it is working but not efficent... 50% power from battery is consuming by mosfet and wasted.

These are not "Life Hacks" they are electronics projects. #1 - that cheap COB LED. the LEDS do not turn on all at the same time as they would in quality COB LED. #3 - Coarse amplifier, it needs biasing and proper impedance matching for best results. #3 - Useless unless you are building one of those plasma balls.. Anyways the added primary is a lazy AF thing, do your research and use the internal winding of the flyback.. #4 - just a touch switch, they make modules that can actually drive real and usable lights.
