In this video, I'm talking about 4 lifestyle choices I made in my late 20s that kept me sick with mania and depression. I was finally on bipolar meds that worked, but these choices were unknowingly causing me problems when I should have been much healthier.
Mood stabilizers and antipsychotics cannot work to their fullest unless lifestyle changes are made.

Just had to lower my SSRI because I was hypomanic. I think it was about a month ago today? But yeah. It’s important to listen to your body. I still struggle with drinking, but I usually drink lower alcohol percentages and I rarely get drunk. Still I wish I could quit altogether.

It’s great that you’re aware of these things! Despite the fact that I knew drinking wasn’t good for me, I continued to do it (albeit much less) for YEARS. I only stopped drinking completely last summer. Everything in your own time. ❤
