For any American viewers... Question?? Are our companies as stringent on cleanliness before going into the production area as Asians? Ive never taken a tour of any factories.... I just wonder. Pretty sure they do...and OSHA is about. Awesome production team.... Looks delicious

Don't like that there is already crusty batter on the beater blades. Even after they remove a batch they still leave batter on the pole in the mixer.

The production environment in the video is messy, unlikely to be hygienic. When Korean and Japanese make videos about their food production process to promote their products, the production environment is always clean and well maintained and pristine. Yet Taiwanese food production videos always present a sloppy, messy and unhygienic impressions although the end products are packaged nicely. Hope Taiwanese could change their mindsets to improve their presentation techniques, so that the videos can show Taiwanese foods are produced in clean, hygienic, and modern environment.
