Bhai cut your short i mean very short aur phir candid tv shampoo lagao .. 2 time per week aur bakki din johnson baby wala shampoo jo ki mild rehta wo lagaya karo .... Sunlight for dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis treatment best I ever get. In summer 5-8 AM , Winter 6-9 AM . 1 hr is sufficient, Front face against sun for 1/2 hr backward face against sun 1/2 hr. Diadvantage -- don't go afterwards 9 AM because Sunlight become worse by UV rays .
