Hi Dean. I'm new to your channel and I like that it teaches practical yoga for men with a focus on both flexibility and strength. I'm curious, do you also work out with weights or is your muscle tone just from body weight exercises. I do a home workout routine with resistance bands, which I plan to continue. But it would be great if these exercises will also add muscle strength and tone.
