Women should maybe take time off and care for and nurture their the children without society dictating this. We have made it hard on ourselves. Let the men go out and work. Maybe a part-time flexible job for women. It is important to nurture children and a family. Maybe men with children should be paid enough so wives font need to bring in the extra income.
