@@traveltime4278 actually, he did changed his clothes, if u look closely, those are different clothes his wearing compared to his former videos, they just made it look like it is the same clothes for some reason..

I think you should make a comfortable hut inside that cave have a nice bed at stove and install again your makeshift water source using bamboo tamed some pets and plants some rice corn and cassava again brother and for fishing you can make a hook from animal bones carved it using your jungle bolo bait it with earthworm
