1. We shouldn't snack. 2. We dont need fibre, just because she's pretty doesn't mean she knows what's she's talking about 😂. Fibre is indigestible sugar. It bulks your stool and causes gut inflammation.

The only one of those u would eat is greek yogurt. Everything else wreaks havoc on digestion.

Try asking Google why you eat Fiber why you get sick. I did they took me to a medical site that if you eat too much fiber you can get sick from it. There is two types of fiber soluble and insoluble fiber I think the fiber from fruit is a lot easier to handle. I get sick from fiber in my digestive system. Eat sauerkraut cuz they say sauerkraut feeds your gut Flora. Did you know that 70 to 80 % your immune system is in your gut? That is why it is so important to take care of your gut. Probiotic pills do not help. It says on the bottle to take these pills after you eat. So when you eat your stomach acid can kill the probiotics that you've taken. Go to health food store and get the powder probiotics in the refrigerator. Mix those with water and I do not think that your stomach acids do not come up when you drink liquids. What is there to digest with liquids? was on IV antibiotics for months. Antibiotics kill your gut Flora. So after taking antibiotics you should really build up your good gut Flora. Where is probiotics that add gut Flora to your digestive system. Then there is prebiotics that that feed your gut Flora. Sauerkraut and cabbage and other foods feed your gut Flora. Just asked Google what foods are good to feed your gut Flora . Popcorn especially microwavable is not healthy for you. Cuz they use Teflon to get it to pop in the microwave. You know about Teflon pans. After cooking with them a while the Teflon scrapes off the pan and gets in your food. Not healthy. You should really follow Bobby Parrish on KZfaq. He teaches you what is not healthy for you and what is good for you. I learned that the food coloring in our drinks and food are made from petroleum from him. Petroleum is gasoline right?

I hate having to peel fruit so I already eat the skin on a kiwi 😭 It’s like biting into an apple because afterwards your teeth are super sensitive from the acidity 🥲🥲

Doctor I'm 64 years old. And for some reason now I cannot eat fiber and I'm a diabetic I need it every time I eat fiber I get sick to my stomach. Especially broccoli and cauliflower. Can you please tell me why I get sick when I eat fiber?

As a diabetic I’m surprised if you eat fibre. It’s a form of plant starch. Starch is a carb which should not be recommended.

If you can get ahold of a yellow dragonfruit, even better (just don’t eat the skin on these). They’re the sweetest variety of dragonfruit, and they’ve got the biggest chance of giving you “the laxative effect.”

Take magnesium. It's been used for constipation for a very long time. About 65% of people in the western world are deficient of magnesium due to mass food production methods, so it's a good supplement to take.
