@thestreammachine8967 thanks Mate. I think that is not it. I need to operate my Formuler from remote in my smartphone. Otherwise Formuler stays stand by and does not get switched on 😪

You can if you'd like. For non customers meaning you did not purchase it from us we charge a small $75 fee for 30 minutes or if you have the device you can check the homepage and click on the "help center button" and watch the videos for free
