Thanks a lot by your tips. I'm living in Brazil and I worked with English on Fedex day-to-day, but after I've been unemployed I not use it constantly. I thought that just me could improve my English. I begun work as Uber driver and sometimes I took some foreign costumers to give the ride. So, when I met some american or british I enjoyed to talk, talk a lot to get fluence and I don't forget what I reached with many efforts. I'm very motivated to improve my english and many times I look for other manners to do that. When I find your course, I opened a smile and said, "This is the way to improve my English besides the movies, series, friends who live abroad!" Because this I just want to talk you THANKS.

I'm a loyal audience from Taiwan and so glad to watch this video now. Actually, few weeks ago, I faced the similar troubles just like Alex mentioned in the film. Coincidentally, few days ago, I had found an online english comics attracting me a lot. In order to realize its story, I looked up a dictionary several times without tiredness and even after that it brought me much a sense of achievement. This situation maybe is the "motivation" in this lesson.

It’s also about time management and saying no to people. When you need time and energy to achieve your goals, it’s more important to make sure you streamline your life really.

This was one of the better lessons I had on studying English. Motivation is the most important part of all decision we can do in our lives.

A quite useful lesson for me. Thank you! There are a lot of sources in the Internet how to learn English whereas I rarely see topics about a motivation and incentive in learning languages. In addition, the term Concentration was also mentioned in this video and this one is a key word for me here. Unfortunately, I can't focus on one subject for more than 20 minutes and must switch to other section, e.g. from Reading to Listening, etc.

Whatever you have mentioned is very sensible up to my knowledge , because every motivation speech of other people may find encouraging at first ,but fade away as soon as the motivator speech is exhausted . In that case your way of montivation technic is more fascinating and encouring thank a lot for this video !

Yes , I am not not different from Alex.I am also in the same situation.I am surrounded by people where there is no scope of English , all speak in their native language.But I want to improve my english first.so, I have spent lots of time and money for learning.Although it is not at proper level.I have no idea how english works? I have no such knowledge to identify the functions of each elements in English? Improving english is very challenging in our context.There is no any source from where I can talk with english speaking people.one thing is clear that no one is going to give you a magic trick to speak english. Motivation video is video only.It really can not help .The one only thing helps that is your handwork. You have to give 100 % to improve all four skills. It only works in your version .Copying others does not help so much rather it brings to fail.So, make sure you have your own method, technique and strategy.If not, develop it.With regards to advice of english preparation , many teachers say that read half an hour a day .Is it really going to help much if your goal is for short term.so, please do not lie to the students because you know how much work it require? it is not going to improve your level of english. Frankly speaking, I do not convince that 30 min a day of english is enough for improvement.We have trust on native speakers like you so much .you have to stress that non-native speakers should read a lot at 4-5 hours or even more until you become tired.for example , if you want to play a match like cricket, you have to practice a lot in different ways.day or night because it is not going to improve only playing two times a week .you have to try hard to be successful .There is no short cut way or tricks that english automatically come .you have to learn all attributes of a language.Then only become perfect otherwise not possible .life is changing, everything is changing.Day after day, need or want of people is growing.one problem is coming after another.Therefore , people might leave to lean language .their dream becomes unfulfilled.
