I built a $150M company in 3.5 years.
Yet, when I started everyone thought I wouldn’t succeed.
I had no money, no network, and no customers.
Every investor I had reached out to to raise funds rejected me.
5 years later, my company crossed $20M in ARR, I grew a SaaS product to $600k in ARR and sold it, and I acquired multiple SaaS for multi-million dollars.
How did I achieve to build a multi-million dollar company in a few years?
And most importantly:
Do you need to raise funds to grow your business?
How can you find your first customers when you have no money and no network?
Can you build a successful company starting with $0?
You’ll get all of the answers to your questions in this video as I’ll share with you 4 things I’d do if I had to start my business from scratch!

You've shared some incredible insights on building a successful SAS business without raising funds, and your journey from zero to 20 million dollars in ARR is truly inspiring. Now, my question for you: Of the four strategies you've discussed, which one do you personally find the most rewarding or enjoyable to implement? 🚀💼

most rewarding and enjoyable is focusing on building a passionate user base and creating a product that truly delights and solves their problems - there's nothing quite like the satisfaction of seeing happy customers grow with your SAS business! 😊🌟

Love this video. ❤. I will use as a guide for my system in Linkedin. Sending cold emails for me is hard, because I’m still learning how to manage rejection. I think Sales is something we need to teach in schools. PD: you need to remove something from your diet! 😂 Thanks ❤✌🏼 &🤑

Thank you for your valuable insight Guillaume ! Damn, I almost regret not seizing the chance to work with Tibo, when he put a job offer on LinkedIn 9 months ago :) Would have had the chance to meet incredible founders like him and yourself I'm curious, now that you've succeeded why do you take even more time creating content and sharing your knowledge ? Is it part of your strategy to reach new customers for your existing products, or do you also do it for pleasure ?

Hello! Thank you for your support 🙏❤️ I think sharing everything I've learned to help other is really important! First, it'll help other founders build successful (and profitable) companies that can make a difference in our industry. Today, most founders think they can't grow companies without raising funds and since I've grew my company to $20M in ARR 100% bootstrapped, I think that's a great example & inspiration for them! I hope everything I'm sharing out there will make a difference for all of the SaaS businesses out there 😉 As for my business, sharing free tips and strategies on how I've built a multi-million $ business is a great way to build trust with a lot of people. And once you've built trust, people will more likely become new customers & support your business (as I'm saying in the video)!
