As a guest, you are entitled to use the rooftop facilities, excluding the VIP zone, which incurs an additional charge. Please note that the hotel does not offer an all-inclusive package, and therefore, all beverages consumed at the bars must be paid for separately. However, if you reserve an executive room, you will have access to the executive lounge, where you can enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the day. Hi gr8 video hotel looks lovely and seems very busy! Sry in advance iv alot of queries as I tried emailing hotel nobody replies. I noticed you pointed out exclusive area for sun beds are they a long way from the pool there does not seem to be many beds available? In terms of rooftop I read bits where you have to pay €50-100 a day and it's given back in vouchers for cafe del mar food etc is this correct? If book exclusive do you get a bed free up there & Is the exclusive access for food and drinks unlimited upstairs and downstairs? if exclusive for rooftop is it food and drinks in a separate room up there. Is cafe del mar expensive do they take cash/card or charge to your room? Tks

Hi, you can use the rooftop area, pool, and sunbeds, but there is an extra VIP area that costs extra. The exclusive area is just downstairs. There is a lounge where you can have drinks and snacks for free.
