Hi, thanks for watching the video !! I have a ceramic hob with direct heat source, so a normal appe pan works for me. I tried looking for the induction friendly pan on amazon for you, but couldn't find it. I have seen the local vendors in India sell it though !!

Actually I also have ceramic hob but I was assuming that only induction based cookware works on ceramic hob also. I am sorted now and now I can use my regular appe pan. Thank you so much Ragini.. oooh ur in Munich..you can then try and order some of those Japanese pans too...Takoyaki pans..Have to try myself though..and yes for ceramic hob what happens is that the heat is enough for everything to cook, even if the surface doesn't touch entirely 😃@@truptipawnikar7722
