@@One-ct3xe Who doesn't? Bowser is the perfect character to be the protagonist of a sumo wrestling game. He has the physique of a heavyweight powerlifter/strongman. Not to mention it would be epic seeing him clash against opponents. The possibility for replayability and success is there.

You know I can't wait to play Kirby and the Rainbow Curse since I haven't played that game on the Wii U so I can't wait to play it on Switch and hopefully, we could see King Dedede and Meta Knight as playable characters to go along with Kirby and Bandana Waddle Dee but I don't know why they didn't go with the full-on remakes of both Kirby Triple Deluxe and Kirby Planet Robobot cause then we would have all of the Modern 2D Kirby Games in one console. So for the Banquet, I'm glad that we're getting a new Mario Party game since we have Super Mario Party and Mario Party Superstars on Switch it would be cool to see a fresh new Mario Party game and still for Banquet I mean maybe we could get a sequel for Kirby Dream Buffet or a sequel for Kirby Battle Royale or better yet a sequel for Kirby and the Forgotten Land because it would be cool to have new worlds, new copy abilities, new Mouthful Modes, and new playable characters like King Dedede, Meta Knight, Elfilin, and Clawroline. But I don't think the switch is done yet because I'm still hoping for Tomodachi Life to finally come out on Switch to go along with Miitopia and also adding the Miitopia Mii Maker in Tomodachi Life now It would be nice if they finally did that before we move to Switch 2. So I hope all of this could be shown in a Nintendo Direct hopefully if we do get one this year but we'll see.

Actually, releasing really late in a console's life is fairly par for the course for Mario party. Mario party 3 was a late 64 release, Mario party 7 was a late GameCube release, Mario party 9 was a late Wii release, and I believe Mario party the top 100 was a late 3ds release.

One game that may come out this year would be Mario and Sonic at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, but since alphadream shut down they might not make anymore.

The series was mostly made by Sega Sports R&D Department, they only contracted AlphaDream (as well as Racjin, Yuke's, and Success Corp) to help with the last installment. Anyhow, seeing as how the 2020 Olympic game came out in 2019, and had no mention of covid because it was completed and out long before that whole mess happened; and yet we're approaching halfway through the year with no word; I'm guessing they've given up on the series.

Never owned a Wii U, so if they port Kirby and the Rainbow Curse to Switch, I would be really happy. Canvas Curse on DS was so much fun to me, so Rainbow Curse might be nostalgic to me as well, in terms of gameplay. I hope they bring NintendoLand as well

I think all the games will come to switch besides the Mario Party. I think instead of a new Mario Party it will be a Mario Party 99 game were you compete to complete the most mini games in a round based system and the lowest scoring players are eliminated. Like 10 or 15 people are eliminated. The game will probably be similar to Super Mario Bros 35.
