Excellent, thank you so much for sharing. Subscribed. Just been offered a 10ft board x 30inch x 4.25inch 15psi recommended. It weighs 6.7kg. Good upswept at the front & less so at the rear. Was $300 new. I'm 77kg, 5'8" fit & healthy, fair swimmer. Complete beginner. Would the board suit me?

Hi, this is Bill from the video, just using my own login to respond. To be quite honest, that may not be such a great board. Only the very best brands can make a 30" wide board at 4.25" thick that doesn't flex quite a lot, and they cost a whole lot more than $300. While the board will probably work OK, it's going to be flexy and fairly low performance. So if you do go with it, don't let it put you off paddleboarding if you're finding it a bit sluggish, flexy and wobbly.
