A few pictures that help me on my health journey are 1. Seeing what I am doing as being at a spa....what would rich people do at a spa...they would treat themselves to delicious nutritious food and various experiences of luxury like learning ways to breath, hydrate, move, and love their bodies that make them feel at peace and whole. 2. I see what I am doing as a game. I have to do things that help me level up in the game and have certain super powers and strengths. I have to complete missions like eating a certain number of fruits and veggies in a day and a certain number of plant foods in a weel. 3. What I am doing is to heal my body and help myself. I will feel stronger if I eat some nuts/seeds. This is a treat, a luxury for my body to eat these strawberries. These sorts of thoughts have so helped reframe my thinking. 4. This is a way to ne a new person. I get to create a new identity as a healthy person. I get to go undercover as a healthy person in training. 5. This is and adventure and I get to explore new ways of doing things.....new foods, trying different ways to move, learning how to cook, experimenting with flavors. Making it fun.

I really really hope she starts addressing more complicated issues. I get excited for her lectures and then they’re always the same simpleton understanding of the mind. It would be great if she could address difficult emotional issues or lifelong psychological complexes. Maybe hypnosis can’t address more difficult issues that are intertwined with our personalities, but her attitude is that hypnosis and programming the mind can overcome anything. So, if that’s true, it would be nice to see it work with more difficult issues and personalities, or at least hear some stories or ideas for people that have been in therapy for many years.

Hi Tnijo. Sorry to hear you feel Marisa isn't addressing 'complicated' issues. There is a vast variety of videos on her channel, and on our sister channel Rapid Transformational Therapy, including some brilliant testimonials from people who have been using RTT like Brian - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mrR7lsiTu92soKs.html Of course, we are sure you can appreciate that talking about more 'complicated' issues on KZfaq isn't ideal, as situations are often very specific and subjective to the individual and their circumstances. If you are looking for something specific, we would recommend scheduling an RTT therapy session using our FAST service. We hope this helps. 💖 Marisa Peer Team

@@MarisaPeer hi. Thanks a lot for responding! I binge watched/ listened to most of her content. I noticed you guys use old footage in the videos you release. I get excited when I see a new video but then disappointment when it’s just old clips. Maybe you guys could try to keep the old clips out when you are making new videos for KZfaq. I’m still hopeful Marissa will go deeper in her understanding. I’ll keep watching and waiting. Thanks again!

@@tnijoo5109 maybe you could invest in one of the live events or a session? I created very complicated/ rare issues in my life but at the root of it all was something very common, very simple and, luckily, very simple to rewire. I hope whatever your challenges are you do this for yourself too. I don't know if there's a unique seed that gave rise to all the different issues people experience but Marisa's experience suggests that the issues of most people she's encountered in her career stem back in some form to feeling unworthy and unloved. All the best :)

I know I’ve never been loved for who I am because every relationship I’ve had over time I realized that they only loved a projected version of me that they made up in their minds. I no longer believe anyone can really love you other than yourself. Even then I don’t think we really ever love ourselves because we are so focused on what and who we feel we should be. Self improvement, self expansion, self propagation, are deeply rooted in our drives. Self propagation goes much deeper than genetics. We also feel driven to propagate archetypes and values we experience as valuable to the survival of our fellow man. All behaviors are fundamentally control by survival and propagation.
