Gosh, I made a mistake of wearing my big boots without caring to make them fit me. I would walk long distances on smooth and rough roads. A year later now, everytime I press my toes against something hard, pain shoots up my entire feet. I may have messed up my nerves down there

Using 2 insoles crowds up your toebox and increases the heel slippage problem. It doesn't matter if you do a lace lock.

i have this issue where my loafers is too big at the heel part. i tried to put 2 insoles it just increases the heel slippage and my toe feels too tight it's hurt. do you have any tips? i couldn't return the shoes because complicated procedure and cost.
