Kokyu Nage is one of the most symbolic techniques in Aikido and presents itself in countless forms. It is a traditional technique, despite not being considered a basic technique, like Ikkyo, Shiho Nage and Irimi Nage, but with a huge amount of possibilities within this "nomenclature".
There are countless ways to apply it, here in the video I explore one of them and some possible variations that I use in my practice.
