Hi there, why don't customers automatically receive an email when the admin adds a credit amount for them?

A great suggestion @TNSAuto ... we have this on our feature requests list already but I'm going to +1 it for you. At the moment, it will email them monthly with a store credit balance email prompting them to shop.

Hey @Ebyse, thanks for the msg. Seems we are lacking a KB article around this, I'll get that written up soon. In the meantime, you can use the shortcode [acfw_customer_store_credit_balance] to display the user's store credit balance anywhere you can use a shortcode. Or if it's in PHP try: Hope this helps!

i cant seem to deduct store credit from a person i keep getting error 'the price you entered is invalid' and when someone uses my store credit , the shipping price somehow increases. any reason for this?

If I buy a gift card for myself as presented in the video, do I need to manually ad the gift points? More exactly, if a person buys a gift card for itself, after the order is processed, do I still need to ad the gift card points manually? Or his account would be credited automatically?

Hey @ardeleanrazvan6270, gift cards are separate from store credit but will turn into store credit once redeemed. If you purchase a gift card, it will remain as the code. This is for a number of reasons such as: they might choose to give to someone else, the gift card has an expiry (store credits do not), they might not want to redeem it just yet... It's pretty easy to redeem the gift card though via the checkout or the My Account area. Hope this helps!

Hey @@zydrunaspetermarozas2761 there's no shortcode, but it is driven by a template file which can be overridden in your theme acfw-store-credits/my-account.php

Hey @@SIYHOOX so this would be the my account tab one you're referring to? If so, can you try manually flushing your rewrite rules? Go to backend, Settings->Permalinks and hit save. It's possible another plugin on your install is not flushing rewrite rules properly on init hook and causing conflicts. If you have further troubles with it please write into our support advancedcouponsplugin.com/support/
