I don’t think there are any specific tips I can give that will improve your handling in the jet. Only thing can think of is some basic stuff, like binding spacebar to pitch if you play on keyboard and mouse. It just takes a lot of practice. If you’re having trouble staying alive you could practice in portal air superiority or solo against AI.

I’ve been trying to learn the jets. I usually just run around trying to trick shot people with snipers.

I’m not very confident in my ability to kill helicopters, so I usually just ignore them. I’ve been working on destroying them recently. I’m not sure what you mean about vehicles though. Vehicles are my main priority unless I have to risk over extending to get them.
