In my vast researches into the 40k universe, I have come to only one conclusion about Necromunda. Send in the Death Korp of Krieg, the Minotaurs & Carcharadons Space Marine Chapters to purge all life in the under hives! Then send all Necromundan aristocrasy to a penal planet! After that, Necromunda should be a pleasant planet to visit!

Question: Are there any religions tolerated by the imperium? Are there any acceptable / beneficial mutations? For example if they have a extra set of arms or tail would they get killed for it.

Space Marines are engineered mutants. The Mechanicus are allowed religious freedom to an extent not giving to any other group to my knowledge. Unless the Severan Dominate is still canon. They actually successfully broke off from the imperium, no idea how. They follow a bastardize version of the Imperial Creed.
