Question: Do the Tau Empire have to deal with the humans living in their empire staring chaos cults?

That warp-storm.... While it is likely nothing more then a 'coincidence,' a narrative tool used to explain why the Tau where not exterminated in their infancy, I prefer it to be more meaningful in my Head-cannon. Something out there, and there are a few contenders, put that storm in place as they saw the Tau as worth saving from Humanity. It is likely this something is subtly grooming the Tau in other ways as well, and in future editions we might find out just what that something is....

Tau are a genetically engineered race seeded by a remnant of the Rangdan after their defeat by the Imperium during the Great Crusade. The Nahgi(or however it is spelled) seem slightly reminiscent of the Nagas in D&D, those human/elf headed snake bodied, evil magic-user monsters... and the brain burrowing snakelike alien bad guys from the stargate movie and series... forget their names.
