I have played against so many people with this guy. They always end up focusing most of their forces to killing him. However, i always run him with 4 terminators with the mark of nurgle, 3 power fists, 1 chain fist and a combi-melta. Then i put those guys in a landraider. I mean sure, that's like a third of my army but he just soaks up shots and eats through squads and tanks. I not gonna lie, he is a little op.

@Matarael, Angel of Rain In the Fluff there are examples of Space Marines Settling with humans but currently the Space Marines can only increase numbers via gene seed surgery & cloning. This is back when Space Marines were basically an elite normal human force with special armour (more akin to their Starship Troopers origin), than the genetically altered from childhood bio-warrior they are now. The Emperor was also just dying of old age on the golden throne and the Imperium had a relationship with the Eldar rather than the Xenos filth they are considered now! Squats existed as a seperate Abhuman instead of Being normal midgets &shuriken catapults were a thing. The old lore is weird

Nurgle's armies biggest advantage is they bare diseases, as nids can basically adapt to anything, they would eventually become immune. Daemons are still technically flesh and blood, so nids could just keep absorbing them. Unless nurgle came up with a disease that could spread to the hive queens before they could adapt, I'd say nids.

@@maxbrandt6 itll be a repeat of what happened when tau engineers sacrificed themselves with a virus that could kill the hivefleet that invaded them. the tau injected themselves. and sat and waited to be devoured, and once they were transferd into those hive pools, the virus had been planted and the hive ship in space started to suck up all the pools organic goodness and well, the tau actually pulled it off

When about four thousand of your marines rebel against the Imperium forcing a civil war that you keep secret, your Primarch waits a suspicious amount of time to determine who would win the rebellion before "staying loyal", and the group is later guilty of basically Legion building, it sends a lot of red flags. Also tilting Dark Angel fans is some fun and free entertainment even I can get behind.
