Nothing says you have to wait until your perfect before you start working on some simple projects, so my advice is to watch some videos and decide what you're wanting to do as your side hustle and then watch some that tells you the things that they might have wished they had done differently and then give it a shot!!! Best of luck to you ❤❤❤❤

I just started woodworking. I had a eastern red cedar tree break off in a storm a few years back. I finally started cutting it and shaping it. I have the same power tools and always wondered what was the best way to use a router!!! Seeing this video gave me inspiration. You can tell you are very skilled because it’s not as easy as it looks at all !!

Don’t ever use sandpaper on a cutting board. Only use a cabinet scraper or the abrasives will dull your knives quickly.

You do all know as thin as the necks are where the handle goes into the boards this guy makes are basically all going to snap if actually used. His prices are absolutely crazy for the quality of work he does.

Worth is subjective, so I’m not discrediting the hard labor put into this or anyone’s willingness to buy, but I could never see myself spending $300 on a piece of wood.

The woodworker is the picture of sophistication and professionalism. They often wear simple and practical clothes, with shirts and jeans, reflecting the certainty and practicality of their work. Their hands, strong and regulated, still carry an air of fluidity as they work on every delicate detail.
