Desiree did it again! I already did my day's workout when I saw this brand new video. I could not wait till tomorrow. After sitting at my desk all day, this was the perfect workout for me: Desiree takes at home workout to a whole different level with beautiful fusion of Pilates, yoga and ballet. Oh wow, those rainbows were wicked! As a non dancer, I'm a long way from executing the moves gracefully and for most of the workout my body is creaking and groaning, but in spite of that what a great feeling throughout the session. Desiree's cue for breathing is spot on to help you eek out that stretch a wee bit further. Loved this one. Thanks for a lovely no repeat session!

I absolutely loved this one! The fusion of yoga, pilates and ballet, as well as the music, was amazing. It was incredibly atmospheric - I read a comment about someone who felt like a mermaid in the ocean, and it describes exactly how I did! 🧜🏻♀️ I love that you give us the time to focus on our form and to make our moves purposeful! Legs day today and I loved it so much! I usually hate leg days because my bad knees limit me so much but this has been my favorite leg workout ever. Like I said I love that it has stretching exercises in it too! I don't feel tense at the end of the video, in fact I feel so relaxed!

I loved this workout! As I’ve been progressing with the past, present, future challenge I’ve seen amazing changes in my body. It used to be very hard for me to straighten my legs fully. Now not only can I straighten them with ease, but I can move them in ways I never could before! Pilates, and these workouts specifically, are magic

Hey, I just did you full body 40 min pilates hiit and it felt so nice. I do cardio almost everyday and ofc I do see some positive results in my weight but I don't feel like it's giving me what I really want, you know like the lean legs or arms. People often say pilates are low intensity workouts and don't affect much. So idk what to really do😭.. Please help me out 😭

Remember, you can’t out exercise a bad diet...so if you’re not seeing the results you desire then really evaluate what you’re eating. If you are eating a clean, healthy, nutritious diet...then I would suggest adding in more variety into your daily exercise routine. Yes, you need cardio...so any of my HIIT workouts are perfect for that! And you should also incorporate more strength & stretch training to sculpt long lean muscles. Change up your workouts too since it’s important to keep you body and mind guessing. I highly recommend my 123 challenge! Good for you...practice makes progress! I try to design my workouts in a way where people are encouraged to come back to them over and over again and always get something out of it and see improvements each time! XOXO 😘
