This is a beautiful remodeling of the interior. I spent several years in this house from 1964 to 1972 when it was the Riverside School. The school ceased to exist around 1982. Such a shame. I remember a stairway as one entered which seems to have been removed. And also I don't see the door on 76 street being used. This location has many fond memories.

The lady was very nice and informative, the history lesson always welcomed. The price of only 15 million seems like a bargain. I love this house. It's vast and a rare square size as opposed to most town homes in NY being deep but thin. Wonderful review, wonderful home.

If it were mine, I'd paint out the mahogany wood, especially the fireplace in white eggshell finish paint. Otherwise, very nice taste for the decorating.

I'd add a marble step for the bathtub.
