Alright let's see what all the hype is about. $400 for a blow dryer!!!??? Let's see if it's worth it.
To cleanse my hair I used the NYM Curl Talk Shampoo and the 3-in1 Conditioner. To style my hair I cocktailed the NYM Curl Talk Defining Cream with the Curl Talk Curl Activating Mousse. Two of my favorite stylers of all time!

I love my dyson never looked back👍🏽 Tip: if you want the cool shot without having to hold the button just use the fan speed ONLY. Press the heat levels off and you can use just the fan speed as a cool shot without having to actually hold the button down👍🏽

I looooooooooooove my Dyson! I was on the edge of getting it but my boyfriend was the one who told me to get it after he watched someone break it apart. My curls have been ABSOLUTELY stunning after I use the diffuser. And plus, it dries quickly! And I still use the other items from the diffuser to dry my cat. Don't judge.

I got my Dyson last December and have never regretted it since. The price is definitely steeeeeeeeppppppp and is definitely an investment. Not necessary, but once bought, you’ll never look back. Awesome first impression review!

I LOVE my dyson plus diffuser. I was also one of those people that couldn’t imagine why a hair dryer was $400. But I saved for it gradually for months, waited for a Sephora sale (also 25% off) and then treated myself. Have not looked back. Now every washday is fun, fast, and my day 1 curls look fire 🙃 I was so curious to hear what you thought of it. Not surprised you love it. Congrats on treating yourself bianca, you deserve it!

I love my Dyson! I get fully dry, defined, beautiful hair in 20-25 minutes(low fan, low heat). My old dryer took almost an hour.

My husband bought me one as a Father's Day gift to himself after seeing me bent over for 30 minutes drying my hair. 😍 (I so love him) I would never have spent this much money on a hair dryer myself but now... I will never go back. It took 12 minutes to go from soaking wet to dry. I love my Dyson!

Ahh! I knew you’d love it!!🥰now you just gotta get the pick attachment for it, it’s game changing! I use it to stretch and pick my roots while I diffuse for extra extra volume! And it’s great for blowouts! This dryers tag is high but if you consider how long it should last compared to regular dryers, and no heat damage AND cuts drying time down to basically nothing it’s soo worth the coin! Love your results as always 😍💗

I've had this hair dryer for about a year now. I love it!!! Time is money and I literally don't want to spend a lot of time drying my hair. Worth every penny!!!

I absolutely love my Dyson blowdryer. I purchased mine a few years ago as a birthday gift to myself lol. I have very thick hair that's has some damage from highlighting. I use it on the lowest settings and it only takes about 20 minutes to dry my hair. Less if I use it on higher settings. It's expensive but if you can treat yourself it's so worth it.

“Dry in 60 seconds” no sis 😂. I’ve been waiting to hear what you thought of this! I went from using a Yellowbird for 10 years to splurging on the Dyson. I love how fast it gets my hair completely dry. I from wet to fully styled and dry in 10 minutes because I have short hair. Also, the straightening attachments I use to stretch my hair. Type 3c problems 😁

My parents got me a dyson blow dryer for my birthday/post-boot camp graduation present last month! It’s the silver and copper and it’s soooooo cute. Omg. I had the same conair blow dryer back home since 2013 and it still works fine but the dyson is so so much better. I love it so much. It dries my hair so fast and makes it so shiney, like you said! It’s my favorite thing ever. My favorite gift ❤️❤️❤️

Also, if you’re having a hard time dropping to coins for a dyson, they have after pay OR you can go to the dyson website and purchase a refurbished one for like $250! Still expensive but definitely cheaper!

I have never (and I mean NEVER) consistently used a blow dryer because my hair is so frizz-prone (even in salons it would get frizzy when they styled it). UNTIL I bought my Dyson. Keeps my drying speed down and gives me SUCH good results! I also nabbed the pink one during the Sephora sale and I love it so so so much!

I’ve been waiting for this!! I got my dyson a few months ago and wasn’t sure about which heat settings to use so I’m glad you mentioned that. Your curls look great as usual. I’m going to try and use with a higher heat setting to see if it helps with the frizz I was getting! And thanks for doing it right after styling because I’ve been mixed things about waiting for it to air dry it a little!

Girl! When I tell you in love my Dyson...I 👏🏿LOVE👏🏿MY👏🏿DYSON 👏🏿 I had the DevaCurl Dryer for a while then got this one when it came out and the difference was astronomical! I turn the heat off and hit my hair with the cool air and the volume and SHINE!!🖤 takes me 15mins to get completely dry.

I just purchased my Dyson a month ago and I have to say it has cut my drying time down to 20 minutes. I'm still in shock! I purchased mine directly from Dyson and received the comb attachment, the stand and a storage box all for $400. I'm totally a happy camper!! Definitely $$ well spent.

So I purchased this dryer and the diffuser.... LOVE IT. Had it since the spring of 2020 and I love it. Yeah, it's pricey, but going out in COLD weather with semi-wet hair isn't a good look and being able to DRY my curls in under 10 minutes with little to no effort is amazing. It does decrease the frizz in my hair. Thanks for this review.

I bought mine about 6 months ago and it is indeed the best diffuser I have ever used. I still have my Sedu which was not cheap at $200 but it just doesn't compare. The Dyson dries my curls faster and leaves them pretty shiny as well.

also just got the dryer recently. i dried my hair in a little less than 10 minutes as well. i used the 1st red button and then the heat setting without any button pressed (i assume low and cool respectively) because the medium and hot were too hot for me. i was able to go a faster speed than other driers though so i was on medium/high the whole time. it's stupid how impressive this dryer is! i can't believe it.

Yes, I dropped the coins for the Dyson blow dryer and I love it‼️ It is sooo worth the money! I have a beautiful gold storage case with red stitching to keep my baby safe from dust, and it’s a great conversation piece, too. I also have a Dyson fan ($300!), which I love! Dyson is a fantastic brand and company, and they also have a school for high school and college students who are interested in the STEM disciplines. ❤️

@@user-uz2gc8rl6y I use their comb attachment (only a couple of times) because it’s rare that I blow my hair out. I mostly diffuse after a wash and go and to make sure my roots are dry because I don’t like lying down on wet hair. The comb attachment allows you to get down to the roots to help smooth out your roots. The attachment is sold separately. Shout out to KZfaqr Kimberly Cherrell who was the first person I saw use it.

My lowpo hair loves the Dyson, takes about 15 minutes on low heat and low fan. I avoided buying it for almost a year but this is one of the best buys.

The hubby got me one as an early holiday gift and I used it for the first time and was blown away. I only wish I'd gotten one earlier. True that it is not a necessary thing for curly girls, but it's truly a huge step up in the styling routine and very much worth it if you can afford the splurge.

I had an opportunity to work a double shift for double pay. I wanted the Dyson so bad. I did it and used the money to buy it. I love my Dyson!

OMG! I just bought this hair dryer too. I went back and forth about spending $400 for a hair dryer, but it currently takes me about 45 mins to dry. The longer my hair gets, the long it takes to dry. With all the care and time invested, I felt this was a good purchase. I still feel guilty though. I should have mine in a couple of days. I was so excited to see you reviewing this; I trust you!

Your hair looks sooooo BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! I love my dyson and so glad I made the purchase. For anyone wanting to save some coins ....I purchased mine on ebay. I too could not justify buying one even on sale for $399 so I went on ebay and got a refurbished one. They come straight from dyson company and they are refurbished with a warranty. Love, love, love it! Hope this helps someone out there who might want it but, also wants to save some money. I got mine for like $289.00.

Hahahaha! YES! I ordered mine yesterday! I can’t wait to get it. With all the trial and error we go through to get beautiful, shiny lustrous hair, I personally don’t mind spending money on the dyson. It works differently than other blow dryers and claims to cause less heat damage. If I got this at the beginning of my natural hair journey, I might not have had to waste money on other cheaper products that just don’t cut it. Let’s not confuse cost for value. I spent $50 on Ouidad and it worked okay. Spent $8 on Dippity Doo and it wasn’t for me. I got Treluxe for under $20 and BAM! I found my golden fleece. I bought a lot of products that weren’t expensive but didn’t work. That’s still a waste of money. $400 well spent on a time saver? I’m good.

Best investment I ever! I have arthritis and can’t hold anything for too long, the dry time is amazing. ADA approved ✅ I wish they would have had the all fuchsia one when I bought mine!! 🌺 Treat yourself!!! 💰

Thanks for the review. I just bought one and I hope I don't have buyers remorse. But I am tired of spending a minimum of thirty minutes drying on section of my hair. If I can dry in ten minutes, its a keeper. A early Christmas gift 🎁 for myself. 😁

Just a tip for everyone out there, just a few days ago while shopping in Marshall’s in my area, they sometimes may carry the Dyson for $300 ($100 below retail price from virtually anywhere). A lot of people overlook them because of the price and not knowing what it is, but it’s worth it! Also, to get it a little bit cheaper from Dyson, speak to someone on their site through the virtual chat. I had luck once and they offered me a Dyson for $340 I believe. Granted it was a long time ago, but it most likely might still be in effect. I’ve tried it once, but returned it, nonetheless it’s probably the best blow dryer I’ve ever used!

Also, if you’re a Best Buy member, they occasionally offer 20% off of the Dyson too! It hasn’t been active in a while, but it doesn’t hurt to check!

I love it! It keeps my hair defined with no frizz. I keep it on the low heat and it dries my hair super fast.

I'm with you on that mousse being higher than a 2/5 hold! In my personal opinion the curl talk gel is like a level 1, it doesn't do anything for me, but THAT MOUSSE. At least a level 4. AMAZING. So different from any other mousse.

Not your mothers is the Best and I have seen so many people saying that it’s an amazing dryer but not many can afford it, like myself. But I am a BELIEVER that one should invest in your curls it’s the crown you never take off and we all know first impressions is Everything!!!🙌🏼🔥❤️❤️

Glad you did this review. I LO💗E my Dyson dryer!! I went out of town & just brought a regular diffuser with me to pair with the hotel dryer. I said never again. My Dyson even goes on vacay with me now. Even tho my hair is short, ain’t nobody got time to diffuse all day!!☺️

I have a twin turbo hair drier that also dries in 10 minutes. Costed me 120$ on sale. I wash my hair 2x a week and always dry it on difusor. Noooo way I’m paying 400$ for a hair dryer. It’s cute thou 🤗 Great video and your hair is gorgeous!!!
