I have visited villa projects in mokila , velmala , kollur today . The price he quoted in this video is true . Everyone is quoting in the range of atleast rs10000 per sqft and extra for gst and amenities . Hyderabad has gotten very expensive nowadays, there is no way a normal person can afford these villas. Its sad but true that dream of owning a individual house at decent area is going to be dream only for most people .

yaa its totally overhyped.. unfortunately all big players ruined the market.. Mokila-->Aparna, EIPL.. Kollur/Tellapur - Rajapushpa, Myhome etc.,

this project is Cashmere Cadol County... quality is low and price is high.. very little open spaces... corner waste areas ne matrame open pettaru... initial stages lo 80lakh to 1.2 cr range lo sale chesaru.. ipudu 5crs...funny
