Femke Bol put on a masterclass in the 400m events at the recent European Athletics Indoor Championships 2021 in Torun winning gold in the individual 400m and also the 4x400m relay for the Netherlands!

@@BlueHopi144 Still that sure? After incredible WR indoor 49.26? Transferred to outdoors (difference average 1.5 seconds) is virtually about 47.8 outdoors. Approaching outdoor WR. I actually think it will be the other way around in 2023 outdoor season.

52.03 at Tokyo for bronze, good for her. Femke is going to give Sydney and Dalilah some tough competition at the 2022 world championship.

Her trainers said there is still so much more time to be had and she can make many more improvements (especially at the start and last 50 meters) and she is only doing hurdles for 2 years so it will be a matter of time she will get below the 52 sec barrier!

FEMKE bOL ... Ik woon in Rotterdam, ik heb een dochter van jouw leeftijd...Ik heb respect voor je..Ik denk dat je buitengewoon getalenteerd bent en gezegend als een zeer goede hardloper...ik bedoel, geniet van de manier waarop je rent en win medailles voor NL...Groetjes....

Her run style reminds me of the style of Michael Johnson. Oh and the 4x400 relay the turd runner, de Witte have closing the gap of 15 meters so thats why Femke is coming so close to the leader.
