THE 405lb for max reps squat challenge is live! Me vs Mike vs Bart. My previous best (all time, at my strongest) was 10 repetitions. The rules are the following: 1) You can squat high bar or low bar 2) Depth should be at parallel (or can be lower but reps have to look pretty solid) 3) Don't shit yourself We have two other challenges coming up! If you liked this video, make sure to like the damn video!

They all are on steroids. I mean, come on 405lbs x12 what the fuck man, what the fuck??? I am training for 14 years now, 29 years of age, natural, I have 200lbs and I can squat 331lbs x 1. So it would have meant that Omar on steroids would squat 551lbsx12 (on lower doses).

@@JoyRam13 I don't want to offend but for that amount of training, that is incredibly weak. What they're doing is completely possible naturally in some years.
@JoyRam135 жыл бұрын
@@user-sh8wf7md9j That is 150kg =331lbs to put on your back and squat fully by 1rep. What are we talking about? You all lost your perception of weights by looking into steroid users. If I would take steroids now I could do for sure 1rep max with 440lbs. I do not understand how the fuck are you lifting that much by being natural. It is not possible. What are your suplements? How many times do you eat in a day? Tell me please so I could walk the same path if it is natural.

@SparcMac115 жыл бұрын
@@Aerochalklate yeah not hitting depth isn't a good idea, but why would you approach him? The guy didn't want your advice. You should also be glad he's training like an idiot because that's less competition. Who cares...let idiots be idiots. Just focus on yourself and quit puffing your chest out critiquing people's form. That's some bitch shit lol. I saw a fat dude (300lbs at least) squatting 315 for less than a quarter ROM with a personal trainer....who gives a fuck. People waste their time, energy and money often, it isn't affecting you directly so who cares.
