The fact that "different" cultures and policies is the argument makes me see as a even bigger hypocrisy, the U.S has agreements with Asian countries, Germany, France and so on, and they are different, with different politics and culture, however if you say it, the excuse will be "but they obey" The U.S. does not understand cooperation, only dominance.
