It looked like the fuel separators in the bilge also had water sensors. I like that! Good to know before it gets to the sensor in your motor so you can still actually do something about it! I’m going to have to look into those.

Two beautiful fishing boats for sure! If your a die hard fisherman, here's your chance. I know these boats are in the top of their class for quality, fit and finish. Me personally, for that kind of money I want some more creature comforts for overnighting with a comfortable berth with amenities and of course some cold AC.

When Mother Nature, wrecks havoc and chaos in the ocean! Other vessels are docked and tied in their moorings and left at home in their trailers! Only one demon destroyer, can challenge and make it out in notoriously extreme weather and dangerous waves, the one and only Freeman boats! Beautiful boats!

so whats a payment on a 1.5mil boat? I'm curious. And are you just getting these boats and after a year flipping them for a profit?

I imagine both of these owners paid cash. I just try to help sell them through the yacht brokerage I work for. With old pricing (3-4 years prior) a lot of people made a nice chunk of money selling them after a year or two of use. With current pricing on newer boats there isn’t as much to be made in the current market. Supply is catching up with demand and the used boat market is slowing down

@@TheExpert-dx6xi The navy uses mono hulls because a) they need the space below deck and b) massive cats dont fair well in rough seas with the hulls twisting against eachother. neither problem matters to a charter captain

Both of these boat owners have new boats on order. One is already being built. The last 5 years most freeman owners have sold their used boats for a premium and been able to get into a brand new boat for no added money and most put some money in their pocket. That trend is slowing down but the demand for a Freeman is very high and the wait time averages a few years on most models

He has a good relationship with the local dealer and the price is right just to put on new power heads. 1000 hours isn’t a ton by any means but on a recreational boat it is a fair amount in 2.5 years. I think it will make an easier sale with lower hours

His new one is almost done. If you could run a boat for year and not lose any money (or even in most cases make some money as they have the past 5 years) it’s a no brainer. However the economy is changing so I’m sure the times when people were making 20-40% on their boat is coming to an end

That's a great question, I was wondering the same thing, seems like they just recently bought the 47, NOT SURE ABOUT THE 42, unless they just don't have enough charters to keep up the payments? Or they are buying new ones again, LOL WHO KNOWS RIGHT.

An engine converts an energy source into power, a motor uses an outside energy source for power. Those are engines on those boats...

Nobody cares about the technical terms except you. They are interchangeably used and the consumers the buy the boats don’t care if you call it an engine or a motor. Yamaha Motor Corporation is who I write my check to when I buy engines, yes Yamaha MOTOR corporation. 🤓🤓🤓🤓

I talk to Freeman on a weekly basis, they say motors : } You can call any big time boat manufacturer and I GUARANTEE if you ask them what outboard motors are on the boat they will answer you. There’s no desperate attempt at anything 😂. Are they engines? Technically yes, but everyone knows what I mean and knows what I am referring to when I say motors. When Billy Freeman asks what motors I’m hanging on my next boat I don’t say “Well technically they’re engines 🤓🤓🤓”. You’re a nerd looking for attention on my channel. Obviously you’re not happy with your life and probably haven’t found enough success in whatever career path you chose. I’m glad you watch my Channel and help support me.
