42 Tai Chi form back view with music

2 жыл бұрынForms are much easier to follow from behind. This video is as close as I can get to having you in class with me. Follow along as best you can to get a good workout, and in time become more familiar with the form. The 42 form is a competition form for a somewhat more advanced practitioner.

I love these combined forms.. Down the rabbit hole of the differing Yang, Sun, Wu and Chen forms.

Yes Ian, I agree. Master Li De Yin has a real talent for choreography. It's stimulating and very enjoyable to perform, and still embraces the essence of traditional Tai Chi. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. 🙂🙏☯️

Over all well done but if the posture of body be upright all the time, could be better. Also try to relax the shoulder and don't rise the elbow when moving the arms.

I agree about the posture Simon. I have been working on it, and indeed the shoulder. Thank you. Good eye! The elbow thing, I'm trying to follow my master's movement. Though I may have gotten it wrong. I'll look to it. Thanks for your feedback 😊🙏☯️
